Why are Opera themes only visible BELOW the toolbars BUT NOT ABOVE THEM?

Opera looks grey and awful... despite its wonderful themes! I would love to see my favorite them also above on the tabs, navigation bar and toolbar. Like on Chrome... Why doesn't Opera allow that? Why are they still awfully grey and sad?! Please change and fix it.

Because it hasn't added that feature yet.

@ lando242 Hopefully dev will add it soon. That said, Opera was amazingly improved recently.
