Can I add custom " Save As " ?

Hello ,

Please if some one can show me how I can add my custom save as ?

i.e. Save to my desktop " C:\Users\my name\Desktop "

Even if some of you can tell me how to build a Custom button to this is great also !!!

I only know command : Delay , 1000 & Add attachment ...........

Anything can do about it so that I can put more " save as " options to many other custom file locations in my computer drive.
