I tried downloading unity lots of times on opera but still the game that needs unity web cant run cuz it says it's not installed

Does it work in Chrome? It may be that Unity is still pushing an old NPAPI version of its engine. Chrome-based browsers, including Opera, dropped NPAPI awhile back. Firefox is going to to the same here in a few months.
