There is no url shown for sites which makes it impossible for me to work here. When will geeks ever remove their heads from where the sun never shines and quit messing up things for ordinary people?

I don't know what you mean, are you saying that the URL of the site you're visiting isn't shown in the address bar?
This is the wrong forum section anyway for this, if you say what OS you're using the thread can be moved to somewhere more appropriate.

Do you mean that you can't see the full url, like "forums.opera.com" instead of "https://forums.opera.com/category/15/suggestions-and-feature-requests"? If so, you can enable it in settings:
opera://settings > Tick "Show advanced settings". Then, under "User interface", tick "Show full URL in combined search and address bar".
