Opera not totally compatible with Lastpass password manager. Even when lastpass is set for auto login it still requires a click on the taskbar why?
Adobe flash requires an extra click to run each and every time why?

Do you have Opera Turbo enabled? Do you have 'Click to play' set for your plugins in settings? Either of those will cause that issue with Flash. I don't use LastPass so I have no info for you there.
