Double click window - new tab ?

Hello,
It seems like I used the 'double click in title bar' a lot to open a new tab in the previous Opera versions, but since the update isn't possible anymore (it just rescale the opera window, like most windows applications)
Can this be fixed ? With a plug-in maybe or anything else ? Can't seems to find anything in the options.Regards from Belgium,

There is nothing in the options that allows you to double click and empty part of the bar and only a new tab. There may be an extension but I don't know of one.
