Workoffline in M2 is excellent ideal from the foundation Opera team in older days who invent that ....
Can I still enjoy woek offline in M2 but I can keep using other tab to surf the web www. ?

Unfortunately, no. "Work offline" is global mode that works for both (built-in Mail and Browser).
