What’s happen with the notification ?
In previous version (35), when we download file, notification is display by Opera itself.
In new version 36, notification starts by Opera and when download is finish, another notification is display by android download manager.
And you can see in status bar that if we have a previous download icons, the next one reset all notifications then all notifications are repaint again.
