Instead of being able to select only from the pre-made icons and emojis, the option to upload your own 1:1 icon would greatly improve the visibility and usefulness of the workspace features, especially among agencies or people who work on multiple projects.

Being able to identify a workspace via its company logo has the potential to make Opera a no-brainer for a lot of people.

Currently, what I do is organize via the tab island names feature that was recently added and was a blessing, but there are only so many tabs you can fit on a certain workspace, and another layer of organization would be game-changing.

I also Belive its relatively simple to implement.

It would be very useful when implemented because when having a bunch of tab islands, while not even being able to pick their colors, it's easy to forget what each tab holds.

For that feature alone, some of my work I do only on Chrome because it makes a big difference in organizing my work.

Tab islands are a bit too compact, let us customize them.
