I am having this problem as well, I would really like to see it fixed. I hate going into the settings just to toggle it, but otherwise it tends to work very well.

Please fix the the missing icon in the sidebar!
Also it's a great plugin, I use it all the time - saves me from having to open the desktop Bitwarden client.
