Well this is the negative of the "forced" releases, a stable update should not break any previous solid experience, only improve it. But if you are stick to a strict have-to-release cycle and don't properly take your time to beta-test enough these things happen, also flashbangs.

RE: Title bar?Future releases
@ervin74 The title bar takes unnecessary vertical space, that's the main logic behind it I assume, in fact I think Opera was of the first (as it was always looking for ways to improve the user's ergonomy) to do it (maybe with Opera 9, don't remember very well now), and I suppose that your scenario does not apply to the majority of users. Also who knows about the future of Mozilla, if it was that good they wouldn't plain copy Chrome to reach a wider user base and be faster, Opera on the other hand was always blazing fast, which remains -despite their engine switch- still one of their "selling" points. They were blocking window pop-ads and gave people the possibility to custom block ads natively from inside the browser for the speed gain long before extensions in other browsers became popular.
RE: Title bar?Future releases
You can unpin the remote desktop bar so that it does not block the view iirc.
Also that last screenshot is it from the "old" firefox I suppose? I don't remember Quantum having that.
Maybe some Firefox forks still have that look, from the Chromium based ones, in Vivaldi you can always see the title on the top if you put your tabs to the left/right/bottom.

Hi @nvmjustagirl, I think you are slightly out of context
Looking for the extension that makes a pinned tab not shrink itselfOpera for computers
I posted this to the add-ons section 2 days ago, but since I feel that that sub-forum is more "technical" and Opera users are more likely to use and read the general forum, I am posting this here as well (with the kind request to the mods of permitting this)
So I was asked about that feature in the title some days ago and I remember that someone in this forum or in the blog has mentioned an extension that actually does it. (You pin a tab and it preserves its original size, it does not shrink, so it is more easily selectable when you have a lot of tabs open).
Although I have searched here and in the addons and a bit in Chrome's extension catalogue I couldn't find the aformentioned, so if anyone remembers/uses it he/she would be of great help
Non-shrinkable pinned tabOpera add-ons
Greetings to all,
I was asked about that feature and I remember someone in this forum or in the blog mentioned an extension that actually does it. (You pin a tab and it preserves its original size.) Although I have searched here and in the addons and a bit in Chrome's extension I couldn't find the aformentioned, so if anyone remembers/uses it he/she would be of great help
RE: Opera 51 does not remember last bookmark folderOpera for Windows
If you don't use the bookmarks bar a temporary solution is to move all your bookmarks from the "other bookmarks" to the "bookmarks bar" and not paying attention to what the title says.
"Adblock warning removal" in settings not working as intendedOpera for Windows
On the other hand, if you install the "adblock plus" addon, whose rules and file Opera uses (https://easylist-downloads.adblockplus.org/antiadblockfilters.txt), the messages are being supressed. Any ideas?
