how many times do i have to pay yall for your blocker i do this twice a year is that not enough?

its not working on opera browser i put passcode in do the authenticator app an it goes right back to the front page where it askes for my email an passcode again, how many times i have to do this I've already tried 4 times now. then i went to the suite did it three times before it let me in what is the Issue people I've had last pass for4 years now this?
