Yea it ended up being a mod/shader! It randomly decided to get added and I didnt know why but once i removed it the lines went away. Thank you everyone!

Hi I keep getting yellow lines on the sideborders whenever I go on page and its quite annoying when im trying to do work. It's almost supposed to look like sunlight I think? but i don't want that feature and I was trying to see if anyone could help me in removing these lines.
