When turned on, it opens a window and shows, but it does not show on top of other windows. It turns out just in a separate small window and that's it.
And there used to be a separate window on top of everything and it was convenient.

Picture-in-picture mode does not work. I turned on graphics acceleration and a window appeared, but on top of everything it still doesn't work, but just separately. The screenshot shows an example of what the screen looks like, I turn on the picture-in-picture mode. Technical support has been silent for a day and does not write how to solve this problem.
