Opera & Chrome Dome are not usable w/o a 'historically and by past practice' Menu Bar. I used Opera 12 for years, never again, except for some really lame web site that was written for Chrome Dome.
BTW your 'adult past the age of 7' doesn't even begin to cut it. -

I know what I like and don't like and I don't mince words. What's wrong with that?? Fight fire with fire, stand your ground etc.

That Menu bar should be directly below the Title Bar, then the address bar, then the Tab bar;
Title,
Menu,
Address,
Tab.Period!
