@tobycatva: Unless you program an AI to watch the video sligthly in front of you and adjust every sound, none will truly be. Youtube and streaming service creators each talk in different volumes, pitchs, tones, that will produce a different wave, in the editing of a video/episode, they try to equalize it so the sounds don't feel out of place, but if the objective is every media possible, that becomes significantly harder (but not impossiblle)
