I signed up for the VPNpro and was offered a 7 day free trial. Everything was working fine for about 3 hours, then all of the sudden it tells me I need to sign up for VPN pro again. This time it says I'm not eligible for the free trial. I should already be accessing the free trial, yet it's not working and I can't figure out what happened. What do I do? I've been looking for help/support/chat to talk with a customer service rep and can't locate that either. Any advice or suggestions as to what happened or what I did wrong. Thank you.
