I wish there was an option to let tabs play even when I leave the tab or exit opera

I would like to be able to stack tabs into groups, lock tabs and move tabs

I wish the toolbar was customisable as in changing the buttons on the toolbar and separating the address bar when it is toggled to be at the bottom.
