I have the same issue but it is in my Downloads folder.
C:\Users\myself\Downloads
It contains pictures (all .png) that I had sent to myself through Opera Flow.
I suspect the folder was accidentally drag and dropped from another window, as i had never noticed it in Downloads previously. Where is it supposed to reside in a typical installation?
