This extension actually works in private mode using Opera's VPN. It blocks sites from seeing your real IP address alongside with Opera's VPN IP. I tried all other extensions and they failed.

Just tested it with Opera VPN and it doesn't show my IP with WebRTC. Previous extension I used was showing up my real IP on this address: https://www.expressvpn.com/webrtc-leak-test
