Could I have problems with PayPal if I use Opera Mini for online payments and generally online shopping?

I read that someone (a 2009 topic) got his PayPal account "access limited" for suspicious access to his account and he thought it was due to Opera Mini because it zips data with its servers.

I know Opera Software is a reliable company, but in 2014 can be this kind of problems with online payments?

In starts, when opera lunch their new app opera touch. I have installed it and it's working quietly. But after few times, opera touch don't download a file. then I uninstalled the opera touch. Why opera touch is not the best app?
