I have all my saved passwords and synced data here on my local laptop, however I'm unable to transfer all the data to my new PC due to me losing the pass phrase and forgetting my old password. I've already emailed Opera support twice a few months back, and I'd really like to be able to work with customer support or anyone in Opera so I can get those back and sync all of my data. I can provide screenshots or prove my identity however necessary in order to facilitate this.
