KDE Plasma (Kwin etc... replicable on totally vanilla install)
Window always fails to minimize. When the minimize button is pressed it flickers away for a frame. If more than one window is open (of opera) it flickers between them.

Suspected I did something at first but was able to reproduce on a clean install of Arch + plasma

@silicon0014 Temporary fix is setting "Focus stealing prevention" to at least "High" in KDE settings > Window management > Window behavior (focus tab)

@computercollector Not sure how to fix it on other desktops. Hopefully they fix this on their end because there are side effects to high focus stealing prevention (e.g. new apps not starting on top). It's not the worse for me to find them as I use rofi and it color codes those apps in the dmenu like menu so I can find them quickly.
