@leocg you csn try yourself. That bar is maybe 20px wide on my 16 inch laptop screen. When one is in a flow of working in full speed misclicks are very easy for such narrow clickable area.

It is quite difficult to open tab island. Need to click exactly on the colored bar. Some padding is seen around it, but clicking on it doesn't open the tab island. The click event should be accepted even around the colored bar, i.e on the padding as well.

There is no response if I click between the yellow zone. Which to a user appears as the tab island. The tab island will open/expand only if I click exactly on the blue bar.
Please fix this.
