It might be because Opera GX is considered a more of a 'heavier' browser than other browsers.
It could just be that it's lagging the computer out or maybe you have too many addons or shaders or mods on.
Otherwise, for me, it's fine.
It could also be because you have the built in VPN on, which you can turn off by clicking the VPN button on the top left corner.
