1. Try t o download https://github.com/nwjs-ffmpeg-prebuilt/nwjs-ffmpeg-prebuilt/releases/download/0.85.0/0.85.0-linux-x64.zip or the latest build from this repository

2. extract the .zip file for ubuntu

3. than use the command

mv libffmpeg.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/opera

4. restart opera
