I have been waiting for this! The bad news is on a Lumia 1020 & 820 both with Cyan + Developer Preview (yes I did a full recovery to get cyan than back on dp) it crashes on a lot of sites after a few seconds of loading. So currently it is not working for me.

Also wrong forum but I am also waiting for Opera Link on Opera browser on a Windows 8.1 desktop.
