I’ve encountered an unusual issue on my iPhone. Despite not having the Opera browser installed, a tab opened displaying the Opera VPN settings. I have never downloaded or used Opera or its VPN services on my device. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Could this be due to certain websites triggering such tabs, or is there another explanation?

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
