I know this is an old topic, but +1 for me!

I like to have an application shortcut on the taskbar for my work's Onedrive instance to make it feel more application-like, and it'd be nice to do that with Opera rather than Chrome (and so implicitly loading a second browser with all its resource requirements etc).

+1. Really surprised this isn't in Opera already actually given its pretty rich feature set elsewhere.

+1 for this. Came from doing this in Firefox/Chrome and was very confused why my pins weren't persistent across sessions.

+1. The VPN works great for 95% of sites, but it interferes with my corporate site. Either per-tab VPN or the ability to whitelist certain domains so they don't go through the VPN would be really useful.

This is really minor, but would make me terribly happy...

I make extensive use of the search engine keywords when searching - e.g. "w test" to search "test" on wikipedia, or "ama test" to search "test" on Amazon - and in Chrome when you do this, once the search keyword is recognised this is nicely highlighted in the address bar, which changes to a little spyglass icon and text to the effect of "Search [search engine name]."

Would it be possible to add a similar highlight to Opera? It works just the same regardless, but it's just a nice little additional visual cue that I've always appreciated.
