опера восстановлена после аварийного завершения
в последнее время очень часто выбивает такую ошибку
такая ошибка только на опере, больше ни у кого нет
кеш и все остальное чистил и отключал

However, insufficient memory seems to be more of a RAM issue. Maybe Telegram is using more RAM than the limit that Chromium has for each tab?

при просмотре web.telegram появляется ошибка недостаточно памяти, исправляется увеличением кеша, но не смог найти где его увеличить (Opera One(версия: 118.0.5461.83)), проблема началась с 100 версии
