I'm new to Opera and I'm working on a Mac. I really like most of the functions, but I don't understand the 'workspaces'. I created a second one hoping that I could use it for my work stuff, I also need a tertiary workspace for my language learning. I really need to be able to keep all these things separate, but it would be really nice to have them accessible by switching workspaces. However, the secondary workspace has all the same 'speed dials' and bookmarks as the main worksapce and I can't seem to figure out how to add a secondary profile that is attached to the secondary workspace.

I saw the forum chain about setting up multiple profiles in Opera GX, but the instructions are for windows and I have the plain Opera, not the GX option. Can anyone help me out with a link to instructions for Mac users?

Each workspace should be it's own profile.

4. Emails
5. social media
6. apps
7. Language

I need each workspace to be it's own instance/profile. I need to keep each jobs items separate from my personal stuff and my English language stuff separate from my Mandarin and Korean Language stuff. It's easier to be immersed when you can have a workspace with different Language setting.

I have multiple Google accounts and I have to switch profiles all the time. Instead of having access to all my profiles in an easy to access set up. Workspaces could be so very fantastic if they were truly separate workspaces and not just the same workspace duplicated.
