Looks to me like Windows and Mac are all the way on 20.0 while Linux is only on 12.16. That's a pretty massive lag, does Opera plan on continuing to make official releases for Linux or are we stopping at 12.16?

I noticed the Windows version has "off-road mode" while the Linux version has "turbo mode." The only major difference I've noticed is that turbo on Linux sometimes tells me that I am on a fast internet connection and have no use for the service (although I would like to say that it can be useful for reserving bandwith when you have a download or other bandwith hog running in the background, or when tethering to your phone). Why does it have two different services? What is the difference?
