As long as it is customizable, I don't want to risk seeing Alibaba, Booking, Facebook or Amazon every time I click at the address bar. The mockup looks good!
I really miss keyboard short cuts (such as ctrl+1 for the first tab) and that I have to use the mouse more nowadays.

In my opinion, this should be the number one priority to fix. It's what making me not recommend Opera to my friends and I'm a little embarrassed for putting up with it. It's freaking 2017 already, sync passwords between mobile and PC! Other than that and some web pages that do not show as good as on other browsers and casting is not very reliable, I think Opera is a lovely browser, that's why I use it atm. But passwords, please! I want to use secure passwords but that way it's hard to remember for every site, especially the ones I only visit occasionally.

That's how I think. Seriously, I guess most people have at least 20 different passwords to different services, at least. And if you use most of those passwords less than once a year because you use autologin for the most part, how are you going to remember them? And adding that I should change passwords around once a year, at least for the "important" ones. I don't want to waste all that time learning new passwords all the time. I guess you can use a system that changes the passwords somewhat logically for every service, but that's kinda unsecure too I think.

Hello, I think it's about time that Opera starts synchronizing personal search engines!
I'm sick and tired of having to setup this everytime I install Opera! I have a lot of time saving search engines and I don't want to enter all of them again. Especially since this is not the first thing I think of when migrating to a new PC.

Also we NEED synchronization of passwords between ALL Opera versions! Feels like the stone age not to have the same access to passwords on my phone! This is a security issue, since I have to use passwords I can remember as long as this isn't working!
