Just to clarify, this shouldn't erase the synced data from one account, but should combine both?

I have a phone and computer each with different information (bookmarks, etc.), I'm logged in and synced on my phone, but not logged in and not synced on my computer. How do i get all the information from my computer synced to the one account that is already logged in and synced on my phone?
I don't want to have to manually add everything to my phone.
