Opera disconnects from vpn every time I close the app on my 2019 ipad pro 3rd gen running ios 17.5.1. I've tried a full reinstall and power cycle, but it's still happening. In my iOS settings, the vpn toggle won't turn on, and twitches occasionally.

Thoughts on what else to try?
