Tethering

After I tether to my phone using clockworkmod tether,
google-chrome can connect fine, but opera only says "No internet"

I'm on ElementaryOS 0.4.1 based on Ubuntu 16.04LTS
using Opera 47.0 and ClockworkMod tether 1.0.1.9
