so bascially when i started using opera a few months back i had a wallpaper but recently it turned grey, no wallpaper at all, but when i went to check the setting the setting wasnt there 
as you can see the setting jus tisnt there, i trie d recovering the settings and eversything abck to default and it didnt work, any ideas?
