I don't see a setting in Opera 43.0.2442.991 to have it open maximized. Is there a method in ubuntu mate 16.04.2 to do this?

Can't view flash movies.Opera for Linux
No matter what is tried, Adobe has been helping me, NO Flash video plays. In fact flash isn't installed in opera. Vivaldi, Chrome, firefox all have no problem playing them. I prefer opera.
Steps to reproduce: http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/24/politics/donald-trump-cpac-speech/index.html?eref=mrss_igoogle_cnn; Player comes up.
Actual result: Player is snowy, says: "undefined, info: This browser does not allow you to watch this video. Try to update your browser or use a different browser.Expected result: The video should play.
OS: Your *nix distro/version: Ubuntu Mate 16.04.2 (or.1, don't remember)
Version of Opera: 43.0.2442.991
