On that note, what does it mean if i install opera beta? Since i see the repository is added in ubuntu, will it 'update' to stable, or do i have to separately install stable? Thanks.

First of all, let me point out how very excited i am to see opera for linux move to beta. Now i have three questions:

1. how long does it usually (approximately) take for the beta version to migrate to a stable branch?
2. when it reaches stable, will there be also rpm versions for opensuse available?
3. if i install 12, the current linux stable, will i just get an update to 25 through the same update channel?
