I found a fix for this that worked for me.

1. Go to opera://update
   2.Go down to 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 and click 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗺𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.
2. Restart your browser and everything should be fine.
   This is the only method that had worked for me.
