Popup with Aria’s Highlight Tooltip feature is not appearing , Opera 100.0.4815.21 , Updated from 99 version. AI tabs is enabled in options. Also my location is Azerbaijan,saw some comment that in CIS countries this function does not work. Any thoughts ? suggestions ?
