extensions that are added through the chrome extensions can be re-enabled by going to this site:
https://chromewebstore.google.com

then search for the extension
open it and then click the red enable button that shows up

cant even post here because of cpu spike and 1,5gb of memory consumption

@mbstafs when you open the extension in the chromewebstore there should be a red button to re-enable extension. just click on it and that extension is back.
if you have many extensions then i have no solution to mass enable those

perhaps try upgrading to the latest 109 version and see if that solves things?
