FYI Make sure you have the Opera extension called "Install Chrome Extensions" installed first before you can install the other one.. Here is a link to that one in case you need it.

You forgot a step
After installing the addons, open this:
chrome-extension://mjfahldkpjhcnfbbmdhpjolcjpcfhcpj/options.html
then replace custum url with this:
chrome-extension: //pncpfofkienlinhfknpmgjnjhdoclfhh/newtab.html

and then you have the Speed Dial start page back

And read the Bible
