I cleared my cookies today and i can log in to twitch anymore firefox still works btw.
So my question is: Can I disable auto-updates directly in OperaGX or do I have to block it with something external to prevent something like this happening again in the future?

@feris wrong, depends on the site ur on i guess? check again on another site pls. it def. refreshes the page, i am at the point now where im am thinking about switching the browser.
