Thank you for your post! It doesn't sound like an expected behavior. If it ever happens to you again, I would like to ask you to:
share a screenshot of the ad, report the page using the wizard: Settings -> Report a Problem.By the way, are you able to scroll up the page with the ad?
We are currently investigating this and would greatly appreciate your help.
