Maybe it is a noob question but I can't find a way to post a wallpaper on the add-ons page

I Subscribed to VPN Pro and in the VPN Popup window it says: Client install required.
When I want to do that, the install process stalls with some writing error.

I tried to modify the permissions to that folder, but no success
