I don't know what you do the whole time - customer support is definetively and clearly not your favorite thing to do.
I'm a senior software developer and if I make some mistakes, which clearly happens, I'm happy to hear about any problem so I'm able to fix it.
THIS is my understanding of proper development and not ignoring and put down volunteer tester and helpers.
I swear to god - if one of my employees would talk in this way to anyone else - I woul fire him immediatly.
Well - a large part of the Internet is "moving", and having crashes and don't be able to use about the half of the sites I use on a daily basis already forced me to an alternative browser - so I'll stay at this.
