@leocg found the promblem. When i log in, into my suspended youtube account the glitch starts happening and it affects other accounts as well. I have to reset Opera settings and login into every account on every site again.

disabled all addons, still happening, do you have any idea how to fix it ?

Few days ago youtube stopped loading these little windows, it works perfectly in Incognito, anyone got any idea how to fix it in the normal version ?
