Hey there. Just upgraded to a new PC from one from last decade. I am experiencing intense lag/stuttering for youtube/streaming services while opera GX is not in focus, such as playing games on my other window.

Troubleshooting done:
Hardware Acceleration on/off
Tab discarding on/off
Tab snoozing on/off
GPU driver refresh

Hoping someone could tell me what they'd done to fix it if they've experienced something similar. This is a very new issue, and it's not something I'd had an issue with in regards to my previous, currently-six-year-old computer.
