Opera 64.0.3417.73. CookiesOK causes problems with several websites (facebook, youtube, freepik) and blocks loading pages.

@MateusDrte13 Thank your for the reply. I've just migrated to Firefox. That bug makes Opera unusable with Youtube in my case. If I open Youtube on the Opera, it makes a new Opera system process. Even if I close it, the process reopen when I run Youtube on the other Chromum based browser.
